CECILE'S was founded in 1989, first as a small business selling products to enhance the lives of individuals. Then the founder and owner, Cecilia, decided to embark upon a greater vision and include a wholistic approach to enhancing lives. Special Life Enhancing Services were added and additional products were made available, primarily for women. Cecilia, is an entrepreneur and "LIFE TRANSFORMER", who believes that individuals were given dominion over their lives and given power to gain health, wealth and wisdom in every area of their lives.
